Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed quarterly sales targets by effectively promoting our tech solutions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions and pipeline activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekend shift coverage (Friday-Sunday) with weekday flexibility
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales or inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and self-manage pipeline
- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday) with potential weekday flexibility
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
