Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate new sales opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume phone calls and video meetings to present product demos and overcome objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales or lead generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM experience (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
