Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events within the San Antonio metro area.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reporting to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales collateral and strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
