Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads within the local Chicago market and surrounding areas.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to potential business clients.
- Close sales deals and negotiate contracts to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Track sales activities and report progress using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as a mandatory shift requirement.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
