Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients across Ohio
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with key decision-makers in assigned territories
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and forecast revenue
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales roles
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expert knowledge of Ohio business landscape and regional markets
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
