Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels to build a robust sales pipeline
- Articulate product value propositions and tailor solutions to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and post-sale support

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in consultative selling, objection handling, and closing complex deals
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in autonomous work environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license for occasional client meetings
