Responsibilities
- Proactively qualify leads and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively handle inbound and outbound inquiries to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Accurately log interactions and update customer data in the CRM system (Salesforce or HubSpot).
- Follow up on warm leads to ensure no opportunity is lost.
- Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while maintaining a professional and consultative tone.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot experience is a plus).
