Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales to meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, interactions, and sales pipeline progress accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and team-building activities to foster a winning culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience (entry-level candidates with strong work ethic are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
