Responsibilities
- Execute High-Volume Outreach: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and emails to generate new leads and book qualified appointments.
- Close Deals: Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and successfully close sales transactions.
- CRM Management: Accurately log interactions, customer details, and deal status into our CRM system to maintain data integrity.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Client Retention: Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (entry-level candidates with high drive considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to earn uncapped income based on performance.
