Responsibilities
- Execute strategic outside sales calls during night hours (6 PM - 2 AM) across Nashville metropolitan area
- Develop and maintain high-value B2B client relationships in healthcare, technology, and manufacturing sectors
- Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling and solution-based presentations
- Utilize CRM platform to manage pipeline, track activities, and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless client handoffs and account continuity
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance review sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years proven outside sales or field sales experience with verifiable track record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport in diverse business environments
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in unstructured environments
- Comfortable working nights and weekends as required by client schedules
