Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads during evening hours (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and product demonstrations in assigned Chicago neighborhoods
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service
- Leverage CRM systems to track sales activities and forecast revenue
- Collaborate with day-team for seamless client handoffs and lead sharing
- Submit detailed sales reports and performance metrics weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years outside sales experience with proven track record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close high-value deals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory coverage
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Availability to work flexible evening shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Experience in B2B sales or industrial solutions highly desirable
