Responsibilities
- Drive weekend sales through consultative selling and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Exceed weekly/monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure
- Execute weekend promotions and in-store merchandising initiatives
- Collaborate with weekday team to share customer insights and sales strategies
- Track sales performance using our CRM system and identify upsell opportunities
- Participate in weekend team huddles and monthly performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year sales or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
