Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media prospecting
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining 95%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Develop deep expertise in our SaaS platform and industry verticals
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract signing
- Contribute to team innovation through competitive analysis and feedback
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in virtual presentations
- Ability to thrive in independent, remote night shift environment
- Strong negotiation skills with contract management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Flexibility to work 4 PM - 1 PM CST with rotational weekend coverage
