Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage high-value leads via phone, email, and virtual channels during night shift hours (7 PM - 4 AM CT)
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 20%+ through strategic outbound campaigns and relationship-building
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track metrics, and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Collaborate with day teams for seamless handoffs and comprehensive client coverage

Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
