Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management

- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ activity metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion funnels
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in daily coaching sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with verifiable track record
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong time management and organization in remote/hybrid environments
