Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients to identify their specific pain points.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure agreements and close sales.
- Manage and maintain a detailed CRM database with accurate prospect information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Follow up on leads effectively to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
