Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling and manage incoming leads to convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track customer interactions, update records, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales scripts and strategies tailored for the night shift demographic.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPI targets.
- Handle objections professionally and close deals to maximize revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
