Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales via phone, email, and virtual demos
- Exceed monthly revenue targets with uncapped commission incentives
- Manage CRM pipeline and maintain accurate sales documentation
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Attend weekend shift training and performance review sessions
- Research industry trends and competitive landscape
- Maintain 95% call quality and lead response time metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid California driver's license (occasional client meetings)
- Spanish language fluency a plus
