Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate qualified leads.
- Engage with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM software to manage pipeline activities, track interactions, and update lead statuses.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals and secure contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead qualification criteria and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (residential or B2B).
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and confidently over the phone.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
