Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in assigned territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Present product solutions to C-level decision-makers through virtual/face-to-face meetings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast revenue
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience with proven track record
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with $50K+ deals
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to travel 30-40% within New York metro area
- Self-motivated with exceptional time management abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
