Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build strong relationships with local business clients to understand their needs
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Exceed monthly/quarterly KPIs for revenue and new client acquisition
- Participate in ongoing product training to maintain industry expertise
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with B2B solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of SaaS or technology sales cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
