Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build rapport with prospects to understand needs and present tailored product solutions
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with weekly performance reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekend-only shift (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible weekday availability
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- Authorized to work in the US with weekend availability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
