Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM systems
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across North America
- Exceed monthly sales quotas with average deal size $10K-$50K
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Document all client interactions in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in daily sales huddles and quarterly training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
