Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot to track interactions, manage pipelines, and update CRM data.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign goals and messaging.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and route leads appropriately.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
