Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings
- Basic understanding of SaaS/technology solutions
