- Needs Analysis: Consultative selling approach to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Objection Handling: Overcome client hesitations and close sales effectively over the phone and email.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine sales strategies and share market insights.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, persuasive tone.
- Motivation: Self-starter attitude with a strong drive to earn based on performance and commission.
