Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 15% through persistent follow-up and objection handling
- Document all interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals remotely
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to work independently
- Availability to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in B2B technology sales highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
