Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Qualify leads and present product solutions to B2B clients
- Exceed monthly sales targets with uncapped commission structure

- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews

Qualifications
- 1+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record with commission-based compensation
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

- Ability to work independently during night shift (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Strong time management and organization abilities
