- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling in-store displays
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized stockrooms and sales floor
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong proficiency with POS systems and basic retail software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision on weekends
- Flexibility to work varied weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
