Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses in Indianapolis metro area
- Develop and maintain B2B client relationships through face-to-face meetings
- Explain product/service value propositions and customize solutions
- Meet/exceed weekly sales targets with 80% of time spent in field
- Utilize CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Submit accurate weekly activity reports and sales forecasts
Qualifications
- 1+ years of outside sales or B2B experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must reside within 30 miles of Indianapolis
