Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build relationships with prospects to understand needs and present tailored solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekend shift coverage (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
- Contribute to team improvement initiatives and best practice sharing
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Availability for consistent weekend schedule (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales preferred
