Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage inbound leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and qualification.
- Present product demonstrations and service overviews to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets (KPIs).
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to foster retention and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work the Night Shift (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection positively.
