Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through targeted outreach, cold calling, and digital prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while closing sales deals remotely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
- Exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging CRM tools and data-driven strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome objections with tailored solutions
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities in Michigan and Ohio
- Participate in weekend team training and performance improvement sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in objection handling
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Availability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (7 AM - 3 PM EST)
