Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cold calling and prospecting campaigns during night shifts to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to potential clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales activities, and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings effectively.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in outside sales, telesales, or business-to-business (B2B) sales is preferred.
- Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule (typically 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess a strong drive to exceed monthly targets.
- Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
