Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build rapport with prospective clients using consultative selling techniques
- Present product solutions tailored to customer needs and pain points
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to execute campaigns
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing product and skills training
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong objection handling and negotiation abilities
- Ability to thrive in weekend shift schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
