Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients across San Jose and surrounding areas
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
- Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to client needs
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and forecast revenue
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand market presence
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel 60-70% of the time within Northern California
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
