Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals efficiently and accurately.
- Enter accurate customer data into the CRM system to track progress and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive tone.
