Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn in assigned territory (KC/IL)
- Execute consultative sales presentations, demonstrating product ROI and closing 15-25 deals monthly
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 85%+ activity benchmarks
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to track pipeline, forecast accurately, and document client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead-gen strategies and campaign feedback loops
- Master product knowledge to position solutions against competitors
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance coaching sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Unbreakable resilience with documented quota attainment history
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex objection handling
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- BA/BS or equivalent demonstrable success in high-commission roles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and adjust tactics
