Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a robust sales pipeline
- Present product solutions through compelling virtual demos tailored to client needs
- Close deals exceeding monthly quotas while maintaining 90%+ CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and messaging
- Master our proprietary sales methodology to accelerate deal cycles
- Drive cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales approaches
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze sales metrics
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain high activity levels
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales strongly preferred
