Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects and effectively schedule appointments for senior sales representatives.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ability to work weekends in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of success.
