Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads within assigned territory
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts to meet/exceed monthly quotas
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update records, and forecast sales
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies
- Attend weekend shift briefings and quarterly sales training sessions
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term client relationships
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas (provide metrics if possible)
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite

- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid US work authorization and reliable internet connection for remote work
