As a Weekend Shift Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will leverage your persuasive communication skills to identify customer needs, present our premium services, and close deals. Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calls and emails to qualified leads during weekend shifts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively overcome client objections to drive conversions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
- Update and maintain detailed records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with weekday flexibility.
- A self-motivated mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
