Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with local businesses during evening hours (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Develop and execute personalized sales strategies for assigned territory
- Present innovative solutions to clients and close high-value deals
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Utilize CRM systems to track leads and pipeline activity
- Collaborate with day team to ensure seamless client handoffs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B outside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in autonomous, results-oriented environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Availability for full-time night shift schedule
