Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business opportunities in the California territory.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to convert them into loyal customers.
- Present product solutions and negotiate pricing to close deals effectively.
- Manage a robust pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer retention.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work on weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
