As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying their needs, and closing deals over the phone. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment where your success is our priority.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present company products/services to potential customers to generate sales revenue.
- Manage and maintain a daily activity log in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to move them through the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of goal achievement.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
