As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with prospective clients and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to qualified leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demos and service overviews to potential clients, effectively handling objections and questions.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline progress.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills will be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
