Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaign execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide value to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- High level of self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
