Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Consult with prospective clients to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot to track progress and forecast revenue.
- Close deals over the phone with a focus on conversion and customer retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with weekday flexibility.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
