Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new leads to expand our client base.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and handle objections to close deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Ability to work a consistent weekend schedule (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
