Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Closing Deals: Demonstrate the ability to close sales presentations effectively, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or direct sales environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with a positive attitude.
